July 19: The Studio & The Bargello, Florence

Here's a few pictures of the studio (sounds official, right?):





I had to go to the Bargello Museum to sketch for my art class (what a shame, right?) It was built as a state building, then used as a jail, and now it's full of sculptures!

One night, we got to go to the orchestra here! We sat over to the left, and the orchestra played right in front of the stairs. You can still see the stage from all of the concerts that play here during the summer. It was definitely one of the coolest things we got to do!


 Florence is full of beautiful museums. The buildings alone are pieces of art!
